Click here to create a corporate account as an administrator. As an account administrator, you can add and manage provider accounts as well as accept invitations from patients.
Administrator accounts do not have access to patient information. To access patient profiles and pharmacogenetic results, health care professionals need to use a provider account.

Once your corporate account has been approved we will notify you by email and you will be able to login here.

Manage your Corporate Account

Login here using your administrator username and password to manage provider accounts and see a list of clinic patients.
You can also access your account using the log in feature on our website:

After login, you will have access to the corporate account dashboard which allows you to see the patient cases your team has access to (Patients), the list of provider accounts (Providers) and your corporate account details (Details).

Accept invitations from patients

You can accept or decline patient invitations on the patient list in your dashboard. After an invitation is accepted, all the health care providers in your account will have access to the case including the pharmacogenetic results.

The ‘Patient’ panel in your dashboard shows the list of patient cases (including the date of birth) your team has access to and patient invitations in queue.

Account administrators do not have access to patient cases. To access patient profiles and pharmacogenetic results, health care professionals need to use a provider account.

Invitations cannot be accepted from individual health care provider accounts and must be accepted from the corporate administrator’s dashboard. To access a patient case, providers need to login using their provider account credentials (i.e. username and password).

Declined invitations are removed from your account.

Add a New Provider to your Corporate Account

The ‘Providers’ panel on your dashboard allows you to manage healthcare providers associated with your account.

You can search and filter the healthcare providers in your account using the “Filter” button.

To add a new provider, select ‘Add’ in the ‘Provider’ section of your dashboard. From there you will be able to create a new healthcare provider account. The healthcare provider should be present to enter a secure password and agree to the terms of service.

If you already have a health care provider account in TreatGx and would like to join a corporate account, please contact the account administrator to create a new provider account.

Please note: Title, First Name, and Last Name are visible to the patient and will help them when searching for your clinic.

Healthcare providers need to take note of their user name and password as they will need them to log in.

Passwords can be updated by the health care provider from their provider account after login (more information here).

Active Providers

All active healthcare providers in your account are entered into our directory. The directory only includes the first and last name of the providers and is available to patients that wish to share their cases with healthcare professionals.
