Updates to Anxiety Disorders and Dyspepsia/Peptic Ulcer Disease

To improve the usability of TreatGx, two of our treatment algorithms have been split into individual conditions. Anxiety Disorders is now split into its components of Social Anxiety & Generalized Anxiety, and the combined Dyspepsia/Peptic Ulcer Disease is separated into two conditions. The greatest advantage to you is that there are many fewer questions for you to answer. The questions and information you enter for each of these four conditions is more tailored to helping you find the safest and most effective medications – all part of helping you get the right medication, right from the start.

For those who have already entered information into Anxiety Disorders or Dyspepsia/Peptic Ulcer Disease

To ensure we kept all the medications you have in your current medication list, we have transferred your medications to one of the new conditions as follows:

  • Medications for Anxiety Disorders have been transferred to Social Anxiety Disorder or Generalized Anxiety Disorder.
To make this change seamless for you, we automated the transfer of your current & past medications listed under Anxiety Disorders into one of the new Anxiety conditions. If you used TreatGx to generate personalized treatment options for Anxiety, your medications have been automatically moved to the individual condition you selected within Anxiety Disorders – Social Anxiety Disorder or Generalized Anxiety Disorder. If you had not used TreatGx to find treatment options for Anxiety and had not selected which type of Anxiety you had, your medications were transferred to Generalized Anxiety Disorder. You can update this at any time by removing or adding conditions and medications from the “Conditions” and “Current Medication” pages.
  • Medications for Dyspepsia/Peptic Ulcer Disease have been transferred to Dyspepsia or Peptic Ulcer Disease.
To make this change seamless for you, we automated the transfer of your current & past medications listed under the combined Dyspepsia/Peptic Ulcer Disease into either Dyspepsia or Peptic Ulcer Disease. If you used TreatGx to generate personalized treatment options for Dyspepsia/Peptic Ulcer Disease, your medications have been automatically moved to the individual condition you selected within this condition – Dyspepsia or Peptic Ulcer Disease. If you had not used TreatGx to find treatment options for Dyspepsia/Peptic Ulcer Disease and had not selected which diagnosis you had, your medications were transferred to Dyspepsia. You can update this at any time by removing or adding conditions and medications from the “Conditions” and “Current Medication” pages.
