What is GenXys?

GenXys is a leading provider of clinical decision support and pharmacogenetic reporting software. Our platform empowers healthcare professionals with personalized, evidence-based treatment recommendations, and labs with streamlined workflows to deliver high-quality, customized reports.

What Does the GenXys Ecosystem Include?

You’ll get access to several integrated modules designed to support the full precision prescribing workflow:

  • LabGx – Upload patient results, generate PGx reports, and manage reporting workflows
  • TreatGx – Generate evidence-based prescribing recommendations personalized to the patient’s genetics and clinical profile
  • ReviewGx – Review historical treatment decisions and reports for existing patients
  • IdentifyGx – Pre-screen patients to assess the potential value of PGx testing

How This Onboarding Works

Onboarding is divided into 7 stations, each focused on a key part of setup. You’ll move through each one in order—but you can revisit any step at any time.

  1. Get to Know the Platform
    Watch overview videos, read about the modules, and get familiar with GenXys’ capabilities.
  2. Check Requirements
    Confirm your data format (JSON ), and review API access or integration steps.
  3. Validate Your Data & Finalize Mapping
    Submit sample data, review genes and medication,  preview your report structure, and sign off on final report formats.
  4. Manage Users and Licenses
    Get your admin login, assign users, and request any additional licenses needed.
  5. Training Modules
    Hands-on walkthroughs of LabGx, TreatGx, and ReviewGx features.
  6. LabGx Configuration
    Set up your preferences, customize report appearance, and configure notification settings.
  7. Mark Onboarding Complete
    Final checklist before going live—you’re almost there!
